Why we built DiveHQ

“It works until the person who knows where everything is has a day off.”

Many dive centres run on a WhatsApp phone at the front desk, a paper manifest and a spreadsheet of prices. The information is there, but it lives in one person’s head and three different places.

DiveHQ is designed around how a dive centre’s day actually runs. It checks medical status and instructor rating expiry for you, it lets guides log a dive on a phone in a few taps, and it turns what was logged into the invoice at checkout.

DiveHQ is made by PixelYard LLC, a software company registered in the United States.
