Privacy policy

DiveHQ is operated by PixelYard LLC, a company registered in the United States (“we”).

We collect two kinds of data: your account details, used to sign you in and bill you, and the data your centre enters, such as guests, bookings, dives, prices, invoices and staff.

This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics.

Medical questionnaire answers are special-category personal data. Each organisation’s records are isolated at the database level, so one dive centre cannot read another’s. Staff at your centre who can view bookings can open a guest’s answers. The boat manifest shows only each guest’s medical status.

We do not sell data or share it with advertisers, and we do not use your guests’ records to train machine learning models. Your data is used only to provide the service to you.

Hosting, email delivery and file storage are provided by third parties, each handling only the part they need. The full list, with what each one receives and where, is on the subprocessors page.

Your data is kept while your subscription is active, plus the 30-day read-only period described in the terms. After that it is deleted. Signed forms are kept for the period you configure, because you may need a liability release after the guest has left.

To get a copy of all your organisation’s data, or to have it deleted, email us and we will do it within 30 days.

A guest who wants their record exported or erased asks the dive centre, and your staff can act on it from that guest’s profile. You are the controller of your guests’ data; we are the processor acting on your instructions.

This website sets no cookies. The DiveHQ app sets the cookies it needs to work and nothing else: one that keeps you signed in, a short-lived copy of your session so pages load faster, one during Google sign-in, and one that remembers whether you collapsed the sidebar.

None of them are used for advertising or tracking, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
