  1. The day plan, rebuilt for the boat

    • Mark each trip departed and returned, so the office can see which boats are out.
    • A kit load for every boat: cylinders counted from everybody diving, guides included, times the dives on that trip, with each diver's tank size and gas.
    • Pickup runs for the day, each with a driver, a vehicle, a zone and the guests to collect.
    • People on a trip are coloured by role, and a guest moves to another boat in one tap.
    • Publishing the plan says exactly what is still missing, and sends each member of staff their duties by email.

Faster logging and a safety check for full boats

    • A dive log page: every logged dive in one table, opened in a side panel to check or correct.
    • Air left is recorded for each diver alongside depth and time.
    • The boat roster and safety check are redesigned for boats carrying many guests.
    • Past day plans in one searchable table.
  2. Notifications, and a count of what is waiting

    • A notification bell for the things that need somebody's attention.
    • Sidebar items show a count when work is waiting in them.
    • Each module's pages sit under tabs at the top of the frame.

Trade rentals billed from start to finish

    • Equipment lent to another centre is invoiced when it comes back, charged for the days it was actually out.
    • Invoice PDFs are stored with the invoice and can be opened again later.
    • A searchable picker for choosing kit when renting it out.
    • A rental revenue report, broken down by type of kit.

Sign in with Google or an email link

    • Staff can sign in with a Google account, or with a one-time link sent to their email address. There are no passwords to forget.
  3. Employee records and leave

    • An employment record for each member of staff, with qualifications and document expiry dates.
    • Leave requests, approvals and balances, by leave type.

Sortable tables and better phone layouts

    • Guests, bookings, invoices, equipment, stock and course lists are sortable, filterable tables.
    • Long forms open as side panels instead of pop-ups, and pages are laid out for phones.
  4. DiveHQ, first version

    • Inquiries, quotes and bookings.
    • Online medical forms and liability releases, completed before arrival.
    • Trip planning and dive logs, courses, equipment rental, price lists and invoicing, stock, assets and the staff roster.
