  • Service schedules for boats, vehicles and compressors by date or by engine hours, with pre-departure checklists and fuel logs.
  • Visual inspection and hydrostatic test dates for cylinders, with a list of what is due.
  • A daily roster generated from bookings, staff qualifications and approved leave, with a note for any duty that could not be filled. Edit it, then publish it to the team.
  • Clock in and out, leave requests and approvals with balances, and expiry tracking for visas, permits and instructor ratings.
  • Salary, bank and identity details are encrypted and visible only to the roles you choose.
