What it does
- A board of all equipment out on rental, showing who has it and what is overdue.
An item cannot be issued to two guests at the same time.
Choose from available items, filtered by category and the guest's recorded sizes.
Swap an item during a rental and keep the history of both.
Check condition on return. Damaged items are sent to maintenance and removed from the available list.
Charge by the day or by the dive for each item, added to the booking's invoice.
A service schedule for each item, with a record of past services.
Utilisation reports showing days out per item and which items are rarely used.- Equipment lent to other dive centres, tracked separately and invoiced to that centre.
