What it does

  • Volume pricing, so a guest's eleventh dive can be charged at a lower rate.
  • Packages are applied to logged dives, most expensive first, and unused dives are reported.
  • Taxes and service charges set once for the centre, inclusive or exclusive, with the option to exempt individual prices.
  • Tax-inclusive prices show the net amount on each line, so the tax rows and the total add up.
  • Gap-free invoice numbering for each location, with an optional yearly reset.
  • Record cash, card, bank transfer or agent account payments, in full or in part, in your currency or the guest's.
  • Download invoices and estimates as PDFs.
  • A daily cash-up by payment method, comparing the expected and counted amounts.
