What dive schools need from their software
Courses ready on day one
Ten PADI and SSI course templates are included, each with its sessions, the instructor rating it requires and its prerequisites.
CoursesThe right student in the right course
Enrolment checks the student's age, their prerequisite certification and their medical clearance from the forms they completed before arrival.
CoursesInstructors who are qualified and in date
An instructor whose rating has expired cannot be assigned to a course. The session calendar filters by instructor and warns when the student-to-instructor ratio is exceeded.
CoursesKnowing who is ready to certify
Sign off sessions as they happen. Students who have completed every session appear on a ready-to-certify list, and a second list shows certifications still to be processed with the agency.
CoursesOne invoice for the whole stay
Course and certification fees go on the same invoice as fun dives and rental equipment.
