Log a dive from the boat

Enter depth, time and air left for every diver on the boat from a phone, then close the dive so it counts on each booking.

A guide leads a group on one profile, so depth, time and guide are entered once for the dive. Each diver then needs one number: the air left in their cylinder.

   Open the dive

   On Boat roster, choose the boat and tap the dive in the row of steps, such as Dive 1. The first dive that is not yet closed opens by default.

   Enter the profile once

   Fill in Max depth (m) and Dive time (min), and tick the guide who led the dive under Guides. If you tick two guides, a Guide column appears so you can set each diver's group.

   Enter air left for each diver

   Type each diver's end pressure in Air left (bar). The next key on the keypad moves to the next empty row. If a group surfaced together, type one value and press Fill blanks. Press Out for anyone who sat the dive out.

   Save the boat

   Press Log the boat. Rows you left blank are not saved, so you can log what you have on the way back and finish at the dock.

   Add detail for one diver

   Tap a diver's name to open their own form. Tank, weights, notes shows the tank size, weights, a note and Flag an incident. Save and next moves on to the next diver still to log.

   Close the dive

   When every diver is logged or sat out, press Close dive. The dive then counts on each guest's booking. Start the next one with Start dive 2.
