The day plan is one page per day and location. It opens on tomorrow, because most centres plan the evening before. Guests on confirmed or checked-in bookings that cover the day are listed as in house.

   Pick the day

   Use the arrows or the date box to move between days, or press Today or Tomorrow. If you have more than one location, choose it from the list beside the date.

   Press Plan the day

   Press Plan the day. DiveHQ reads the bookings, the boats and vehicles in service, and each person's role, normal week and leave. It puts a captain, crew and guides on each boat, adds the usual three dives and places in-house guests on board. You can also press Copy a previous day or Start by hand.

   Set up each trip

   Press Trip or excursion to add a departure, or Edit on a trip to change its Boat and its Report, Departs and Back times. Tap a dive to choose its Sites, or press Add a dive.

   Move people and guests

   Tap a name to move that person to another boat, to Ashore, at the center or to Day off, or choose Edit duty, times, task…. Use the dashed Add chips on each row to add a captain, crew, guides or guests. A guest can also be set to Not diving today.

   Check what is still open

   Red tags on a trip say No captain, No guide or Over capacity. The Still open card lists every gap the planner could not fill. The Load line on each dive trip counts the tanks and rental sets the crew should load.

   Publish the plan

   Press Publish, add a Note for the team if you need one, and leave Email each person their duty ticked. Press Publish in the dialog to confirm. The plan is saved to Plan history and each person with an email address receives their own duty.
