Add more staff than your plan includes

What happens when every seat on your plan is used, and how to make room for another team member.

   Check your seats

   Open Settings, then Team. The description says how many seats are used, for example 5 of 5 seats used.

   Know what happens when you are full

   With every seat used, Send invitation is refused with a message such as: Your plan includes 5 team members. Upgrade to invite more.

   Free a seat

   Remove anyone who has left with Remove from team. The seat is free at once.

   Or add seats or move up a plan

   The Billing page lists extra seats at $8 per seat per month. Write to [email protected] to add seats or change plan.
