How to cancel your DiveHQ subscription and what the terms say happens to your data afterwards.

   Check your plan and status

   Open Settings, then Billing, and look at Current plan to see whether you are on the Free trial or a paid plan.

   On the trial, there is nothing to cancel

   No card is taken for the trial and nothing is charged when it ends.

   Keep a copy of your data

   Download the reports you want to keep as CSV from Reports.

   Ask for the cancellation

   Write to [email protected] with the name of your centre.
