Change a team member's role or remove them

Change what a colleague can see and do, or remove their access when they leave, from Settings, Team.

   Open Settings, then Team

   Everyone who can sign in is listed with their role.

   Change the role

   Pick a new role in the Role column next to their name. It saves as soon as you choose, and a message confirms the new role.

   Remove someone who has left

   Open the menu at the end of their row, choose Remove from team and press Remove.
