Fill a guest's forms at the counter

Open a guest's own forms on the desk's tablet or computer when they arrive without having filled them in.

A guest who never opened their link still has to be checked in. DiveHQ opens the guest's own portal on your device, so they fill in the same forms there.

   Open the booking

   Find it on Bookings, or click the arrival on Today.

   Choose Fill forms at the counter

   In the Guests card, open the guest's menu and choose Fill forms at the counter. It shows only for a guest whose forms are not complete.

   Hand over the device

   The guest's portal opens. They press Start your forms and work through the registration, the medical statement and the liability release, which they sign with their full name.

   Go back to the booking

   Return to the booking in DiveHQ. Their forms now count as in, and you can check them in.
