Choose what happens when forms are missing at check-in

Decide whether DiveHQ refuses a check-in or only warns when forms are unfinished or a medical needs a doctor's clearance.

   Open Settings, then Policies

   There are two rules, and both refuse the check-in until you change them.

   Set the rule for unfinished forms

   Under Forms not finished, pick Refuse the check-in or Warn, but let staff continue. It covers the registration, the medical statement and the liability release.

   Set the rule for medical clearance

   Under Medical needs a doctor's clearance, pick one of the same two options. It applies when a guest answered yes on the medical statement and no physician's sign-off has been recorded.

   Set how long a medical statement is valid

   Enter the number of months in Medical statements stay valid for. Twelve is the default.

   Press Save policies.
