Send pre-arrival forms to guests

Email each guest a personal link to the registration form, medical statement and liability release, and follow who has finished.

Each guest on a booking gets their own portal link. There they fill in the dive centre registration and the diver medical statement, and sign the liability release by typing their full name. Each form locks once it is submitted.

   Open a confirmed booking

   After you confirm, the next-step bar shows Send forms to guests.

   Check every guest has an email

   The dialog lists the party and marks anyone with no email. Sending stops until you add an address to their profile.

   Send the forms

   Press Send forms to guests, add an optional Message and press Send. To send to one person, open their menu in the Guests card and choose Send forms link.

   Follow progress

   The Guests card shows how many have their forms in, and the Forms step in the bar counts them.

   Review what they submitted

   From a guest's menu, choose View submitted forms. Medical answers of yes are highlighted.

   Clear a medical when the doctor signs off

   A guest who answered yes to a medical question needs a physician's clearance. When you have it, choose Mark medical as cleared from their menu.
