Find a returning guest and merge duplicate profiles

Search guests by name, email or phone, open their profile to see past visits, and merge two profiles of the same person.

Guests

   Search the Guests page

   Open Guests and type in Search by name, email or phone. Sort by Last visit or Bookings to bring regulars to the top.

   Or search from anywhere

   Press ⌘K, or Ctrl+K on Windows, and type a name. It finds the guests, bookings, invoices, staff and assets your role can see.

   Open the profile

   The profile shows their certification, bookings, documents and flags such as Allergies, Dietary or No insurance.

   Start their next booking

   Press New booking on the profile. The form opens with the guest already chosen.

   Merge a duplicate

   When another profile has the same email, the same phone, or the same name and date of birth, the profile shows This may be the same person as another profile. Press Merge into that profile and then Merge.
