Create your DiveHQ account and set up your centre

Sign up with Google or an emailed link, then name your centre and set its currency, timezone and units.

DiveHQ has no passwords. You sign up with Google or with a link we email you, and a new email address creates the account. Every new centre starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is needed and nothing is charged automatically.

   Open the sign-up page

   Enter your centre's name in Dive center if you have it ready. It is optional here, and you can name the centre in the next step.

   Sign up with Google or by email

   Press Start my free trial with Google, or fill in Your name and Email and press Email me a sign-in link. The emailed link works once and expires after 15 minutes.

   Name your centre

   The link takes you to Name your center. Check the name in Dive center and press Create my center.

   Set currency, timezone and units

   On Your center, choose the Currency, the Timezone and the Units, metric or imperial. Prices, trip times and depths follow these. Press Continue.

   Invite your team, or skip for now

   On Your team, enter up to three email addresses and pick a Role for each, then press Send invitations. Press Skip for now to invite people later from Settings.

   Choose how to start

   On First data, pick Explore with sample data to open a fictional centre with arrivals, trips, a dive log and an invoice, or Start empty. Press the Open button, which carries your centre's name.
