Set up tax on your prices

Say whether your prices include tax and list each tax or service charge, so estimates and invoices show them correctly.

   Open Settings, then Tax

   Estimates and invoices are built from what you set here.

   Choose what your prices mean

   Pick Prices include tax if the price on your list is what the guest pays, or Tax is added on top if tax is added at the bottom of the invoice.

   Add each tax or charge

   Under What you charge, enter a Name and Rate % for each one. Press Add a component for another row, up to eight.

   Set compounding

   Tick Compounds on a row that is charged on the net plus the rows above it. The first row cannot compound, so put them in the order they apply.

   Check the example and save

   A worked example prices six reef dives with your settings. When it looks right, press Save tax.
