Set up locations and pickup zones

Edit your first shop, add another location, set daily capacity and define pickup zones with their transfer times.

Every centre starts with one location called Main shop. Locations share guests and staff but keep their own schedules. Pickup zones apply to the whole centre.

   Open Settings, then Locations

   The description shows how many locations your plan allows and how many you use.

   Edit your first location

   Open the row menu on Main shop and choose Edit. Set the Name, the Address and the Timezone, as a name such as Indian/Maldives, then press Save changes.

   Set a daily capacity

   Enter Divers per day to have the booking calendar show load against it. Leave it empty for no limit.

   Add another location

   Press Add a location, fill in the same fields and press Add location. If your plan's limit is reached, DiveHQ says so and does not add it.

   Add pickup zones

   Under Pickup zones, type a zone, such as a town or a stretch of hotels, and its transfer time in minutes, then press Add. The next-day plan works pickup times back from the boat's departure using these.
