Load your agency courses, price them, and enrol a guest so the course goes on their booking with every session laid out.

   Load your courses

   If the catalogue is empty, press Load the agency courses. The PADI and SSI core courses arrive with their session plan, prerequisites, minimum age and student ratio. A button above the list offers any agency courses you have not loaded yet.

   Price each course

   A course with no rate shows No price and adds a zero line to the booking. Press Open rates on the notice and set the price in Rates.

   Open the enrol form

   Press Enroll a student, or choose Enroll a student… from a course card's menu.

   Pick the course and the student

   Choose the Course and the Student. Students are guests on a tentative, confirmed or checked-in booking. DiveHQ checks them as you choose: a student who is too young or lacks the prerequisite certification cannot be enrolled, and a missing medical clearance or eLearning code shows as a warning.

   Set the dates, instructor and price

   Starts is today by default and Ends follows the course length. Choose a Lead instructor or leave Decide later; only staff with a current instructor rating can be picked. Type a Price to override the catalogue price, and add the eLearning code if the course needs one.

   Enrol

   Press Enroll. The course is added as a line on the booking, and the student appears on the Students tab with every session still to complete.
